  I hired them to install a stone ************* to add a border of evergreens in our ************ various plants/mulch. Plus add river rock in the front. Made a deposit. Before job was completed, I had to pay in full. I asked for other projects & paid up front for those tasks. They did a good job on the stone patio/wall but left trails of mistakes-left a huge glob of dried concrete on the side of the pier. Bought plants through them: Phlox, *********************** I got 3 different plants!! They overcharged for a Japanese Maple! They are clueless. My new landscaping person had to replant some of the plants I bought & showed me that Rodmans person did not losen up the root ball before planting! Finally, they were supposed to put small white rocks with metal edging along the edge of the patio to lock the rocks in. Instead they came back and dumped larger white rocks over the smaller rocks - looks shoddy and went you step off of the steps you can twist your ankles. Not level. Black lining shows through. It's unfinished. The work they did there is terribly unprofessional Unbalanced. Started a dispute through PayPal to get my money back for that job and showed PayPal the photos but Rodman Landscaping said they would fix it - so in good faith I did not dispute the charge because the owner said he would add more white rocks - fix it up. Even the area out. Made many dates with times for them to do this. Weeks go by. They never show up, either due to labor issues or rain or some other crazy excuse like his car was in the shop! I had to over and over chase him to find out when they were coming back to fix this mess. Last thing he said was we gave you more work then what I paid him. ******* he got good money. Just can't control his workers. Bottom line at this moment I am furious & now have to pay double to get a pro to fix this mess!! This company is not customer service focused and has unskilled workers. Not detailed. Poor business management practices.

  I DO NOT recommend this company. We hired them to repair a leak in the pond in our water feature. At the beginning he was very responsive and we were impressed that he admitted to some problems that we had encountered with his crew. After a couple of weeks it was obvious they were not qualified to do this work. After several months of trying to repair/replace the liner to the pond they left and never came back. Our pond was completely torn apart and was left a mess. He stopped answering phone calls, text and emails. We had given them a 50% deposit. We are hoping we can recoup some of our money.

  We put over 32 work hours and bought over $6k in just materials there is no money recuperate. It was spent on your property.

  I DO NOT recommend them. They did our patio and fire pit. They left the fire pit with large chips in the cap flagstone. The fire pit also holds water. The owner said repeatedly over the course of months that they will come out and fix it and has never showed up. Now he ignores my texts and messages. After paying them a lot of money, we have to pay someone else to fix their shoddy work. Do yourself a favor and find someone who stands by their work.
